Issue
A client who owned multiple hair salons needed a way to automate her appointment intake process for all locations. It was difficult to manage several waiting rooms with each salon having its own receptionist. High receptionist turnover was effecting sales and eroding the salon's reputation. Customers leaving without notice were disrupting staff schedules and other appointments.
Solution
We built a kiosk which was placed in the receptionist area of each salon. This allowed clients to check in for their appointments and notifying the stylists of their arrival. It also allowed customers to confirm and update contact info, add additional services to their visit, and purchase gift cards or products.
Outcome
This allowed the client to reduce overhead by removing the need for a physical receptionist. It enhanced the client experience by reducing confusions and providing immediate confirmation of their arrival. For the team, our changes reduced stress and the chance for their schedules to be interrupted. Overall creating a healthier and more effective experience.

Issue
An Adolescent Psychotherapy practitioner spent a majority of her time duplicating work and reinputting notes. Sometimes it would take her hours to chart appointments, and cause her to forget critical conversations. All of this made her less effective in her role and appear unprofessional in front of her clients.
Solution
We built a tool that allowed her clients to complete paper work prior to their session. This let the practitioner track her customers billing, manage her calendar, and document sessions in real time. The tool was a simple and effective solution that saved time and optimized her work. All of it being available and accessible in one convenient location.
Outcome
The time spent on duplicating efforts and documentation was cut, increasing efficiency and buying back time. The Practitioner was able to feel confident in her work because of the reduced chance of error. In time she was able to cut a third of her workload and free up time for more important tasks. This was all accomplished without the need to learn or manage a complicated system.

Issue
Baylor College of Medicine and CHI Saint Luke Partnered on a stroke trial. They needed a secure and effective data collection repository for all subjects. The scope of this project meant that they were incapable of completing such a task with their own resources. The repository was required to be exact with no room for error to secure the authority of the trial.
Solution
We created a collection repository that allowed their fellows to enter trial data independently, saving crucial time. While also giving their administrators the ability to perform audits. This kept data correct and up to date, overall improving the quality of the trial. Because of our system both partners gathered important findings from their investment.
Outcome
Having all data from the trial in a single database allowed them to efficiently document, audit and implement their trial data. Fewer mistakes were made because of their efficiency and ability to delegate properly. Because of this the trial could run smoothly, and most importantly, avoid any critical errors.

Issue
A PR agency needed to streamline their business processes. They were using multiple applications to store data, so were unable to create meaningful reports. Also, entering data into multiple systems risked the integrity and security of their data. The agency needed one safe and effective method to store all of their data in a single place, that anyone on their team could access.
Solution
We created a custom application which integrated the communication between data points. It is safe and secure but flexible enough to give their team access when they need it. All of their data is now shown in a clear and concise manner that optimizes their efforts.

The time spent on data entry was cut in half, allowing the agency to focus on growth and development. They now use our systems for all of their data needs creating a cohesive network of information.
